Fix terminal size sync and tmux redraw

- Sync pyte screen to actual PTY size before screenshots
- Toggle terminal size to force full tmux redraw on reconnect
- Query PTY size with TIOCGWINSZ to detect external resizes

Bump version to 0.2.9
